Activities
The ISTC framework program is Science Projects, supporting thousands of Russian and CIS scientists in peaceful research including the resources of hundreds of collaborators and Partners. Through 2006, the ISTC has funded over 67,684 scientists and their team members in 922 research institutes.

The ISTC also manages an array of Supporting Programs to assist scientists in developing new project and to integrate their efforts into the peaceful scientific community.

Secretariat
The ISTC Headquarters is based in Moscow, with 6 regional offices in the CIS. Secretariat staff includes nearly 200 administrative, scientific, and financial experts overseeing all aspects of ISTC operations and communications with the member countries.
